Wicked CHKN started with a simple idea: bring the food Jessie fell in love with in California back to Punjab, and make it properly. No shortcuts, no “Indian-ised” compromise — real smash burgers, real wicked fried chicken, real burritos and tacos.

What began as one kitchen in BRS Nagar, Ludhiana grew into three spots across Punjab, each with its own crowd — students in Gharuan, families and food-vloggers in Ludhiana, and the California burger line in Samrala. The sign out front says it best: The Taste of California.
